A lot of time and money may have already gone into your boat, but there they are - the same old winches. The plating may be a bit worn around the drum and the grip a bit smooth, but only one really needs attention and matching replacements are no longer available. We can help with the finishing touches at a fraction of the cost of replacement by refurbishing what is there, and maybe adding or exchanging one to complete the set, or to replace an odd one. Not only will your winches have a new cosmetic lease of life, but they will also be 'as new' mechanically, and will probably work better than they have for a long time.
